In addition to being selected five times for the Republic of Korea Art Exhibition and winning the Grand Prize at the Republic of Korea Contemporary Art Exhibition, he has served as a judge or chairperson for numerous competitions, including the Gaecheon Art Exhibition, Seongsan Art Exhibition, and Jeonnam Art Exhibition.
