She served as a Member of the 9th Busan City North-South Exchange and Cooperation Committee. She is the Chairwoman of the Operation Committee for the Global Hub City Busan Women's Promotion Council, the President of the International Art and Culture Council, and the President of the Busan-Asia Forum. She is a Director of the Busan Regional Committee of the International PEN Korean Center and a Director of the Busan Writers Association, active as a Poet, Essayist, and Painter. She received the Republic of Korea New Intellectual Grand Prize (Volunteer Service Division). She serves as the President of the UNICEF Busan City Sponsorship Association.
